When you buy drawing, image or illustration from Paintcad, you actually license the right to use it in Your projects in the ways described by each product rights-managed license. Paintcad offers three types of licenses: Standard, Extended and Free.
By downloading any File, you agree to be bound by the terms of the agreement.
A Standard license in Our website is Royalty-Free. You can use materials (with no expiry dates) for illustrative purpose, print, web and social media. Examples for Online (Web, Media) and Print (Print materials) usage:
Digital reproductions (Web, Media): Websites design, Banners, Electronic documents, Slide presentations, E-books, TV/Video, Social networks, PDF documents, Software, E-mail, E-book downloads, etc. - Unlimited usage.
Physical reproductions (Print materials): Advertising materials, Brochures, Books, Business cards, Presentations, Magazines, Publications, Newsletters, Posters, Flyers, Packaging etc. - Up to 500 000 print copies.
Use of Our images on Social nteworks is possible only: If the copyright information (Paintcad.com) appears on the image itself. If the size is less than 1000 x 1000 pixels.
Gives you all the rights granted by the Standard License and ability to print out Our files more than 500 000 times = Unlimited copies.
An Extended License allow you to create derivative products or services intended for resale or distribution.
For example, You can use your stock drawings, images or vectors to create art templates as posters, calendars, etc. intended for resale as own product.
All content owned by Paintcad as we do not offer Exclusive License.
Usage examples: T-shirts, Sweatshirts, Posters, Postcards, Calendars, Print materials, Stickers and paper products, etc.
We will share periodically with You vector drawings, images and illustrations for Free use.
A Free license gives you all the rights granted by the Standard License.
They can not be used for any commercial purposes which provide the rights of Extended license.
For commercial use special permission from Us is necessary. Inquiries can be made through Our online contact form.
